Provided design services and oversaw construction of a 25,000-square-foot manufacturing and production facility in Sumner, Washington. The structure features a concrete tilt-up and metal building system situated on a 7-acre site. Designed for both industrial and office use, the facility supports business operations with dedicated spaces for production and administration. The design accommodated overhead cranes and heavy timber equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and structural integrity.
