HHJ Architecture & Construction partnered with Titus-Will to deliver a modern, high-functioning automotive facility in Sumner, Washington. Located on a 5-acre site, the new dealership for used cars and trucks aligns with the Titus-Will brand and accommodates approximately 350 vehicles. The project includes a 4,000-square-foot sales building paired with a dedicated detail shop.
The sales building was designed to create a welcoming, streamlined customer experience, incorporating showroom space, sales offices, and support areas. Adjacent to the showroom, the detail shop is optimized for efficient vehicle processing and daily operations, supporting high-volume inventory turnover.
Through an integrated design-build approach, HHJ coordinated site planning, architectural design, and construction to deliver a cohesive facility that balances operational efficiency with a polished, customer-focused environment.
