This tenant improvement project transformed an existing commercial space into a fully functional swim school, featuring a climate-controlled pool, specialized filtration systems, and thoughtfully designed support areas.

The project included space planning and interior buildout for reception, retail, changing rooms, viewing areas, and staff facilities, all designed to support Goldfish Swim School’s unique curriculum and brand experience. Our team worked closely with ownership and consultants to coordinate complex mechanical, plumbing, and structural requirements associated with the indoor pool installation, while maintaining efficiency within an active commercial setting.

Through an integrated design-build approach, HHJ streamlined coordination, accelerated delivery, and ensured a seamless transition from concept to completion—resulting in a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for young swimmers and their families.
