Walker's Renton Mazda Dealership

The new car dealership was built on a remediated 5-acre site. The hybrid structure utilized conventional steel framing for the main sales portion and a pre-engineered metal building for the service department. HHJ coordinated between engineers, material suppliers, and material erectors to ensure that both building methods came together in a way that met the demands of Mazda Corporate designs and the owner’s focus on cost-effective construction solutions. We also provided site clean-up services in this project.
